G.U.Y needs more Promotion

The song just stucks at 140 - 150 in the USA and its falling and rising sometimes I know its been only some days since the Video came out, but i dont want this song end up as a flop. Some of you will say, she doesnt care about charts, i mean wtf? of course she does, who would not? IF I would be a artist i wouldnt want my song to flop, she worked her ass off for the Album, so promoting it should be easier. #GUYneedsPromo

i think the g.u.y video is great, i see the power of gaga and the interesting images, but the song was not my favorite for singles..... i always said Aura, sex dreams, gypsi and do what you want.. i still love her and i know her creativity will be endless

She said so her self that she doesn't wrote music for the charts. She writes if for her fans and because she loves the message behind them. She said it feels nice to been on the top charts but she rather have a song with a great meaning that no one knew then a song everyone knew and she didn't like. She cares about how the monsters like it "I don't need to be on top to know I'm worth it" -lady gaga (from G.U.Y.)

I feel sometimes the community fails to understand the ebbs and flows of the industry and charts... Perhaps because Gaga is a relatively new successful artist who has seen nothing but back to back number ones... But talent and number ones are not mutually exclusive.... As a diehard Jackson fan I've seen this pattern many times... He'll, Janet was even blacklisted from MTV for a period there and she came back with Feedback... I've drawn this parallel to a few evermore but I will mention it again here... ArtPOP is performing much like Janet's The Velvet Rope... Chart success came only alongside the tour which was uncharacteristic for Ms. Jackson..it was also Janet's 4th album... Back in the day the industry hadn't caught up to Janet's standard and the same rings true here... Patience

Gay/bi/all respect, Human love and kindness, and being yourself are popular themes in music today i.e. Miley Cyrus, Macklemore etc. so I don't know how anyone can call out just one artist even though I think Gaga has always been on the front of those battle lines way before it was popular. I would buy her stock if I could because she is an extremely smart business person.

Lady Gaga is worth more than any chart position and she knows that, we know that, Gaga has changed allot of peoples views of her with this video, it wont happen over night, but eventually her old (kinda bad rep) with some of the public will fade as she releases more videos for ARTPOP and more and more albums to come, dont focus on how it seems now with the psycho fools commenting on her youtube vids, the industry will never be 'over' lady gaga as they know shes the only one whos coming up with all this on her own, she MADE pokerface (with some redone prod ) the song the hypnotised the world, she could make another pokerface in a heartbeat, she probs has lodes that would have a similar effect, but she chooses to make music and videos that mean more in the long run. Sorry for the essay haha
