Its good to talk about your emotions and mental health :)
My last post was about how I was recently diagnosed with bipolar. It took so long for me to seek advice and go to the doctors because I was so scared about what they would think, and whether people would treat me differently if I opened up about my problems. If there's any advice I can give to people its to talk to someone about it, otherwise things can get worse like they did for me. You don't have to feel alone and I just want people to know that there is always someone to talk to. I would like to help people in my situation because I know how isolated you can feel, if anyone ever has any problems please talk to me and I can be a friend to talk to and a shoulder to cry on or just a listening ear if you need to vent! I wish I had talked to someone sooner :) <3
