This is clear inspiration. Half of the Prismatic Tour reminds me of the Born This Way Ball.

What you guys don't realize is that both Gaga and Katy have creative & production teams that help them create visuals, is it not possible that someone who worked for gaga previously works for katy now? just a thought :) But I agree there are way too many similarities...
