Can people live without love?

Hey guys, on the last few days I thought about love; and I wondered myself if people can have a normal life without a love story, coz if i think to my future I can't imagine myself without someone by my side. That scares me a lot coz I don't think i will ever find someone that will love me as much is love the other one :( What do u think?

If someone breaks your hearth in a professional way you are not even going to be able to love again, so, it is possible to live in peace without a partner.

I think LOVE comes in many forms. love of family, love for friends, love for things(knowledge, food, objects). Love is the reason we exist. We must also learn to love ourselves. You must have self-worth and believe that you will find the one. I love you little monster. I hope I may have helped some. :)

why scared ? Look at the bright side, when you're alone, you're free, u can do whatever u want ... :) so thats why i think people dont really need a lover to be happy.

love can exist outside the couple. Love yourself, your parents, your brothers. Love your passions, your dreams and wishes, love life and existence. Anyway, I think romantic love IS NOT EVERYTHING Love is not just a RELATIONSHIP, has to be a state of the person. Each time you fall in love with someone, through that someone, you fall in love of Everything. And if love really happens, suddenly you find that you start to love the trees and the birds and the sky and the people ♥ If you ever fall in love, you will be surprised that your LOVING ENERGY projects over everything it finds. THAT IS TRUE LOVE ♥ ♥

Dalai Lama said that the true happiness, doesn't depend on any objet or person, only you. You can be happy without love if you really want to. But I know how you feel, I often ask myself the same question. I don't want to end up alone, but I'm too scared of people and boys to talk to them. My anxiety ruins my life and I think I'll never find someone to spend my life with... but Gaga and little monsters will be there right? :D

To answer your question, yes people can live w/o ever falling in love and still be happy and content. I know this b/c some of my very close friends never been in love.
