It's not equal because 2 doesn't have any light effects and 1 does ... I'm just saying ;$$ but besides that , the Born This Way Ball . :)

every gaga tour is made according too the ERA. since THE FAME BALL to the artRAVE! ARTPOP is not a heavy album, it's a fun one so the tour is just like that. but i will always love the dark and dramatic side of this bitch ;)
