actually I'm probably far too deeply into this, as Flo pointed out GaGa played MineCraft whilst recovering. I also remember when she tweeted a bunch of Lego versions of herself made by fans (it was probably just a reference to that)

can you also imagine something amazing like "GaGaCraft"? could be released as a limited expansion for Minecraft and the most creative builders may win tickets to the artRAVE (doubt it like, just thought about when GaGaVille was released)

The lego sculpture was probably done by Nathan Sawaya. He's an artist creating all kinds of amazing sculptures out of lego.

I think it's just a whimsical interpretation of ARTPOP technology
