I think their both amazing artists who come from two different times. madonna was one of the first top selling female artists in pop history and set the road for artist like Mother Monster! However I do think that Madonna has acted very childish toward mother monster! Thy do have similar videos and lyrics but they mean two different things! Madonna has copied a lot of other stuff from other artists also. I also think that madonna couldn't ever compete with gaga because gaga has brought a whole new level of art, shock, and entertainment to the industry... And Gaga is an incredible vocal voice!

I love her older stuff, I feel as she has gotten older she just seems so angry. I feel like she is trying to compete with everyone? Her music is fun to dance to. I never thought she had this amazing voice. it just seems she has a attitude lately and not in a confident positive way, so maybe this is why I am not as big a fan ad I once was?

she did a lot for feminism in pop. she worked hard to earn her success. she did not stop nor conform. but tbh it's gaga that introduced her relevancy to the younger generation

Yes but she has a lot of influence on pop music , Lady Gaga never told anything bad about her , she has a lot of consideration for her and, there was a time when people only saw her ,she changed the face of music and how artist women act in the world music scene...you can't really compare, it is like comparing Beethoven to Mozart ..
