I doubt it is Hong Kong unless Hong kong has suddenly become a cold country, they are all wearing winter coats. I don't think it is Japan either though, the traffic lights dont look like any we have in Japan. And neither does the yellow and white light box, they don't exist in Japan, at least when ever I have been to Tokyo I have never seen them. I live in the mountains of Japan, so we don't have them here anyway!
