STEP 2: MIX COLOR//APPLICATION For this color I used COLOR INTENSITY semi-perm pink and COLOR INTENSITY semi-perm indigo. To achieve a more pastel color, I mix a white conditioner with the dye at a 2:1 ratio (conditioner to color). HAVE FUN mixing, there is no right way. As soon as you see the color you want, your ready to apply!! Leave on for at least 40 minutes.
