after lots of weeks of waiting (usually in the completely wrong location lol) there have been 4 times I've seen her in nyc! (ARTRAVE and just like 3 times on the street). I'm actually a girl from a VERY small town in the Midwest and I'm in school in Jersey for just this year, so trekking through NY can be very scary, but through this site and GGD I've made some awesome lifelong friends/exploring partners! I'll only be in the area 3 more weeks, excluding Easter break, but I plan on making the most of it w my new friends and meeting more and (hopefully) seeing @Gaga again! I'm happy I got a selfie, next time I'm going to try to let her know how proud I am of her, and that I couldn't be happier that she is truly living her dreams, has achieved more than she could probably imagine, and has very literally saved my life more times than one. I come from a very broken and abusive that I don't like to talk about, but her words, sentiment, and outlook on life have become sort of a mantra of my survival. keep pushing. keep fighting for what means most to you and you will persevere (and have a damn good time doing it!). Your passion can save you and others. I'm rambling now, but I just mean to say I went home and danced a little jig of excitement (I don't usually cry of excitement.. or sadness tbh lol idky) and I can't wait for next time. Or for Roseland for that matter lol.
