Fuck you pop music! This is ARTPOP! Recreated 'Creative Rebellion' look. Hair is made from a pre bought white wig underneath, and a handmade wig of dreads on top. Dreads are made from a combination of white yard and tightly rolled CelluCotton mixed with All Purpose Craft Glue. The yarn and CelluCotton are applied seperatly, you do not need to roll them together. You also need a wig cap or very closely cut wig to glue the yarn and CelluCotton onto. After you have hot glued the amount of hair you desire, mix black paint and water into an old spray bottle and spray the ends. You can also rub pure paint into the dreads to make darker strands.
