Demi | LM Army | Love ? Or Hate ?

I am clearly confused. Does any LM on Twitter, Facebook or LM.com even think about what they're writing ? 1. Apparently, I am not a LM anymore because I do not like all the things that Gaga does. That's what a LM told me this morning. I didn't like the puke thing of yesterday. That is my opinion. I think that people who are spreading hate, insulting innocent people when they talk about their idol or when they do not have the same opinion, and acting like psychos ARE NOT LMs ! I am ashamed of you ! You do not respect what Gaga is hardly trying to tell us : SPREAD LOVE ! 2. Demi said that Gaga shouldn't have done the puke thing. She is being insulted by LMs 'cause of that. Do you look at yourself and how rude you could be ? Another LM said that he didn't understand why she became angry and made such a big deal. LMs are insulting her ! She's been respectful in her message to Gaga ! And I think this is normal if she's making such a big deal ! When people insult you, do you stay quiet ? Do you smile and say "OMG my life is so perfect, I'm being insulted but that's ok, I'll stay calm." Plus, I think Gaga is old enough to talk to Demi IF THERE WERE A REAL PROBLEM ! She did not deny that Lady Gaga is a great singer and all. It's just that her concern of influence of the media on her fans and people of the next generations. When they saw it, it could be triggering to those who are recovering from bulimia and also, to those who thought this induced vomit is easy and cool. She is not wrong at all. Grow up, LM.

Demi was not throwing shade or hate at Gaga. She was just stating her opinion. She's still a Little Monster. I love Gaga and I understand the meaning of her performance but I agree with Demi on this.

I understood it this way - Demi understands that pop idols these days have a huge effect on what people do. And Little Monsters often reenact what Gaga does. Demi doesn't want Gaga to do anything extremely crazy, because then some of the Little Monsters will do the same. In this case - the vomit and all.

I respect Demi's opinion, i love her, but Gaga will be sad with all this critics... I dont wanna see her sad :( People judge her so much, they dont understand that she is human, and she can be sad with this critics :(

We must respect her opinion, little monster who insult her on twitter does not show the values that Gaga has taught us. Gaga took a risk with her performance, people are free to love or not to love and to express it. Demi was not disrespectful she just say what she thought of this performance. When you have suffered of food disorder and you see someone push the fingers down the throat to induce vomiting, even if it is art, it is extremely disturbing. Personally the first time I saw this performance I concur with Demi but reading some comments I realized what Gaga wanted to do and now I understand, but we must also admit that all this can really shock. :)

Everyone can voice their opinion and as a well known pop star its inevitable for gaga to face criticism for whatever she does however trivial it may be. Though i think the way she said it was inappropriate, she is just taking care of gaga and her fans. It's not our job to hate on anybody after all. Mean people will have their consequences after all

Demi has been through bulimia just like Gaga. They might have different points of view. Gaga didn't see the illnesses kinda thing but Demi did. She ended saying: I am still a little monster myself! She loves Gaga but the only thing she did was expressing her opinion. Isn't Gaga about freedom of expression? about being ourselves? then respect others' opinion. It's just not fair. This post really does make sense thank you for that!

Demi of course knows there'd be a backlash since she is the judgmental person in this situation. She's open about herself being a disorder victim, but she's insulting another disorder victim. She insults the way gaga, who is a victim, cope with her trauma and pain. We dont have to "like" everything gaga does, true, but going out of your way to invalidate a person's way to cope with their pain, and telling them to STOP coping? STOP spreading words about the vile actions of the oppressors? It is not real activism. You cannot support a group by coloring another group inferior. That's not progressive. Not everyone is the same. Someone cope by running away and some people cope by screaming about it to the world. Demi would know better...

Some of you are clearly way too obsessed with gaga to see the reality of the situation. You dont have to like every fucking thing gaga does, it's like some of you are brainwashed. What Demi wrote does not make her a hater, wtf guys. Personally I did not find the puking artistic at all. If anyone other than Gaga had someone puke colored shit all over them, y'all would not find it "artistic". Stop glamorizing everything gaga does just because she does it in the name of "art". Having a different opinion and speaking freely doesn't make you a hater, it makes you a self-thinking individual.

What Demi was saying is completely true and I agree with her so much, but yes like you said that doesn't mean I'm not a Little Monster! It's okay to not love every single thing Gaga does, and just because you disagree with something she does doesn't mean you love her any less. I agree with this post so much
