Today, I realised that I need pause.. Pause from everything. Not only from facebook, telephone and smoking, drinking. I think that it will be make me clean from my problems and it'll make me happier, because now I'm totally in disarray. Sometimes I feel useless. And it's time to change it! I want to be brave and strong like #gaga always says to us. During this PAUSE I want to have transformations: mental and physical.
