This is the reason why I haven't watched the performance. I love Lady Gaga and will support her in everything, but when she causes such a controversial uproar, I like to keep myself in the dark so that I don't develop an opinion that might offend other people .

I don't think it was her worst ever performance. Gaga ALWAYS sends a message through every performance. She hasn't got any bad performance in my point of view.

it's ok if you didnt like it since we dont have to love everything she does. it wasnt my favorite performance ever either. but i dont think its ok to say it's trash. It still is Gaga's work. I respect everyone's opinion including yours so pleas dont tag someone's work with the word "trash" since Gaga busts her ass off all the time

Well it made me become addicted to Swine when I was starting to stop listening to ARTPOP. I think the puke represents the shit people say about her, but she keeps singing anyway. It was a quite nasty way to express it but I could understand what it meant. Art is never easy to understand, as an example, did you know that Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds is not about LSD but about a child drawing? It blew my mind when I learned it but now it's clear. Now, watch the Swine performance: the other girl (sorry I forgot your name) is preparing some shit to say about Gaga and then she spits it all out on her. Watch it with this idea and you will understand this performance.

I'm not saying that I don't think what other monsters say to you is disrespectful. I didn't see that. If you're telling the truth then this website is full of hypocritical lying narrow minded people. Saying that you should die for expressing your opinion is wrong, I agree. But saying that this performance is her worst performance and that millie brown isn't making art but trash is wrong too. We're all supposed to spread kindness.

I respect your opinion. And not everyone is going to like this particular performance of Swine. You are right about art being subjective, and that is the beauty of art, we can define art infinitely. Not all of us can relate to this piece, much less understand it. I personally felt this piece to be liberating of expectations on a pop star. now she's just a star of her own terms
