My ARTPOP could mean anything. And I honestly believe the music on ARTPOP is just stuff Gaga wanted to release with no initial theme like her past albums. It works and she can do so much more albums with the title ARTPOP. There's already an Act II and I hope there may be more where she can continue to express herself and create just music. I would even treat it like self-titled albums. :)

ARTPOP in my eyes means a big celebration of everything she has done artistically/musically up to this point. She succeeded in opening up a huge door in her career/artistry by explaining through this album how two things...art & pop, can coexist in pop culture & how it has existed in pop culture for a long time. But gaga took the idea of art and pop music & turned it into a humongous amazing collaboration of music, dance, art, & love! =D

It's so sad that some monsters say the album is bad :( I think ARTPOP is her second best album after BTW
