PROOF THAT ARTPOP IS NOT A FLOP ❗️🔵❗️🔵❗️🔵❗️🔵❗️

PLEASE READ MONSTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Since the release of ARTPOP & PRISM, People have been going on about PRISM Outselling ARTPOP, none of them have explored the reasons behind this. PROMOTION FOR PRISM 3 Singles 3 Videos PROMOTION FOR ARTPOP 2 Singles 1 Video This information alone makes it quite obvious why PRISM Is selling more & I'm pretty sure if ARTPOP Had (3 Singles) (3 Videos) it would be outselling PRISM. Some Katy fans like to think that Katy is more popular than Gaga, they couldn't be more wrong! PRISM & ARTPOP Sold literally the same amount in first week, You'd think PRISM Would outsell it by far after the success of ROAR, But no it didn't! Gaga only had a top 10 Hit & still managed to sell albums. ARTPOP Had sold 2.4000 Copies by the end of 2013 PRISM Had sold 2.8000 copies by the end of 2013 Katy would never have sold that many albums without the release of unconditionally & the video. Where as Gaga didn't release a video. Another thing to remember is that Katy performed at (The Brits) & (The Grammys) That's High promotion for PRISM. Gaga has only performed once in America since ARTPOP Release, on Jimmy Fallon, Where she actually made history by gaining them so many viewers. What I'm trying to say is let's face it, Katy needs the promotion otherwise her albums wouldn't sell. If Katy had the same amount of promotion as ARTPOP, Her album PRISM Would Be a MEGA FLOP. Also if you're going to try & disagree with me you're wrong, remember Katy's Teenage Dream Era? She had 5 number 1's, yet only sold about 7 Million copies. Gaga's album Born This Way sold 7Million copies in 2 Months. & has sold 13Million to date. Please leave comments! I like to hear you're opinion too ✌️❤️✌️

Wow!!!!! Niiiiiiiiiiceeeeee. I actually didn't buy prism because I'm not a fan to pre order Katy perry music, to be honest I actually frost wire some of her music now by that being said I did buy some of her music but I'm not hardcore for Katy perry. #promoteonlinekindness lol I had to be nice

Even though I love Katy Perry, GaGa is much better. Prism is just more commercial than ARTPOP and as you said, Katy has promoted PRISM more than GaGa has promoted ARTPOP

I agree with you. ARTPOP promotion was a bit messy. DWUW should have remained a promotional single and Venus would have made a great commercial single. But I think this goes beyond the promotion thing. It is true, Katy Perry performed at the VMAs, EMAs, Brit Awards, Grammy Nominations, Grammy Awards, but I think it is also a fact that her lyrics are really commercial, and the music in most of her songs is kind of childish. When parents walk with their kids into a music store, they look for CDs without a parental advisory tag. Even though I love the cover, it is obviously a minus for sales. I still think the concept is worth everything. I wouldn't call ARTPOP a commercial flop but a little meltdown sounds perfectly fitting. I am sure artRave is gonna kick some asses ;)

I hope gaga is looking for the balance between her personal and professional life. I also understand that after her world take over with the fame monster and the monsterball it is possible to maintain those numbers. Don't remember any artist ever doing it. ARTPOP is not a flop and neither is Gaga. People are still lining up for her live performance and any televised performances get good ratings on Fallon or award shows. Nobody does live better than gaga and the world still knows it. I can't wait for the tour this summer and am going to roseland to help kick it off. Paws up. Monster forever wether she sells 1 million or 15 million.

i don't care if she sells more albums than katy or anyone else... she is our idol. that's all we have to keep in mind. and not any of these stupid numbers.. they're just NUMBERS. what really matters is that she is in my HEART ♥

(1) “Gaga has only performed once in America since ARTPOP Release, on Jimmy Fallon“ - I'm sorry but on what planet are you living? Gaga had several performances in the US after the release of ARTPOP: Muppets Special, performance on The Voice featuring C. Aguilera, AMAs, SNL etc. Furthermore, you should not forget that Gaga also promoted the album worldwide (UK, Japan, etc.) and all her promotion before the album release ( VMA, Good Morning America,etc.) So our dear Gaga also did promotion to sell her album, not just Katy. And don't tell me, that's no real promotion because it didn't affect the US or she didn't play the album versions. Her performances in other countries also influenced the total amount of copies of ARTPOP sold that you are referring to.

This is not real, Gaga started doing great selling 611K the first week while Katy didn't reach 500K and it was great. Gaga was reaching Katy's WW sales (Katy had 2 and a half weeks more of sales) while she was promoting the album but when she left the spotlight ARTPOP started to decay, every week she sold less and less and she hasn't even reached the 2 million. How can you leave for two months when you've released an album a month ago? I do not understand. Gaga has sold 1.7 million already and Katy 2.5 million. I support Gaga but she did this wrong and that's a fact.
