while i love gaga.. this was prob the outfit i liked the least. It reminded me of floaties when swimming. It looks cheap. But, her outfits these days are amazing.

If someone turned up to ArtRAVE Ball dressed like that id drop dead!! But would get a photo with them before hand lol :)
