No she has had her nose bridge slimmed down. If you look at photos from face on you can tell. And she's had fillers or something put in her cheeks cause they're a lot fuller. I don't care if she does though cause if I had money I would do the same haha

I had a nosejob like 6 months ago and my nose still hasn't fully recovered. Gaga hasn't been gone that long before her hip accident and she couldn't have done it at the same time with her hip surgery cause you're not allowed to use anesthesia in months after a surgery like hers... This whole post is ridiculous.

She also uses facial tape to lift up her eyes which changes the way she looks you can see the tape in the guy preview. But other than that and her lips she looks the same to me!
