It's important to say you're not fine sometimes. You can vent here, and hopefully you have a friend, a teacher, a counselor, a parent, etc. who understands. It's often worth it to take the risk and confide in someone who might end up as a source of support. If they don't support you, move on to the next one. You are worth it, never give up hope. And sometimes it's important to bend the truth. If we tell ourselves we're fine enough, sometimes we start to believe it. That can get you through a lot. But when that doesn't work don't be afraid to be honest to those who love you!
