One year ago today around 9am one of the closest family members to me slipped away. He was on the the edge of glory. He was a husband a father and a grandfather. His name was Alen Glen Brewer and he was my grandfather. He was like my dad because when I was born my "dad" left. He was more than a grandfather or dad though he was my best friend. I would always go grocery shopping with him and he would always spoil me with bubble gum. And I would always crawl up on his lap and watch baseball or football with him even though I had no idea what was going on. He didn't have to take me and my mother in and treat me as his own. But he did. He went to work to feed clothe and shelter me when he never had to. He was one of the sweetest humblest and caring people I have ever met. I wish I could give him one more hug or kiss or watch one last sports game with him. I will always love you Papa. :'( <3 My grandfather was in the U.S Navy for about 10-15 years. I thinnk he went to the Koren War, and did some work in Japan. Then after he was done with that he worked at the Soaring Eagles Casino. In 2009 he fell down and scraped his heel and shortly after that scrape got infected but he was too stuborn to go see the docter until it got so bad that ambutating his leg all the way up to his knee was the only answer or he was going to die. But thank capital H I M he gave into that. So he was given 2 more years. Then he fell out of bed and scraped his other heel and then he was perminetly hospitalized then he lived 2 mores years and left quitely and peacefully in his sleep. I know he's not in any more pain but I miss him so much. :'''('''. Sadly after he passed I began to give up and then after an argument w/ my parents I cut my right arm. I so sorry monsters and mother monster and everyone. I'm so sorry but I promise I haven't cut since then. :) As you might have seen my profile picture has a little girl and an old man in it well that little girl was me and the old man was my Papa.
