BTW Foundation, Mama G., Gaga and Monsters, I introduce myself, my name is Coralie, I am almost 23 years old, I'm French and I'm a nurse. That is precisely about this point that I write this post. During my nursing studies, I have worked with adolescents suffering from behavioral disorders such as eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, obesity), self-destructive tendencies (mutilation, suicide attempts), or with motor or mental disability. Of course, most of these young people suffered a lot of bullying, particularly in school and on the internet via social networks. I was very moved by the situation of these young people. So affected, that I am now writing a book, with a coworker, about young people in this situation and experiences of caregivers (doctors, nurses) who care for them. We also evokes in this book, the experiences of parents, brothers and sisters, of these young people. Also, before my adventure in this book, I spent my written working graduation on this subject, which I discussed about care and respect for the privacy of adolescents. So having had several experiences with young people, I'd really like to offer my services to the BTW Foundation during his stay in France, or in Europe. I believe in the values of the BTW Foundation: compassion, bravery, acceptance and above all, love. I really am devoted to working with young people in distress. Work for the BTW Foundation, may for a few hours, would be a real pleasure and pride. It would be a great new experience for me, my nursing career, and my book.
