Goodbye DWUW

I know you’re gonna say “spread online kindness” or “don’t be judgmental” or one of those funny terms but I just don’t think DWUW video is going to happen. DWUW was announced as the official 2nd single by the end of October / early November 2013. We’re almost in February 2014 and nothing is happening. I really don’t care about the reasons behind the delay, so please don’t bother justifying it and I also don’t care whose fault it is because it’s the same result in the end. It was a really good song that I wish it got better promotion and treatment as a single, but sadly, that did not happen. Goodbye DWUW. Looking forward to ARTPOP act. Honestly, at this point whenever I hear something about a music video, a performance, a single, etc. I don't believe it until I see it ! I understand both points of view (respecting Gaga's creativity and/or being frustrated by the excuses and delays). For me, and this is just my opinion, I don't expect ANYTHING ANYMORE...because if I don't expect anything, I won't be let down ! I do think there is/are some major issues in the promotion of "ARTPOP", and just the conecept and execution of "ARTPOP" as a whole. At this point I'm sitting back waiting for the duet album with Tony Bennett ("Cheek to Cheek") and/or "ARTPOP" Volume 2 ! P.S. I can't wait to see what to see what Carol King song Gaga is going to sing tonight at the "MusiCares" event !

Part 1: I always like your posts on here because you're one of the few who can distinguish constructive criticism from "bullying" and "hate." Part of why Gaga is where she is, is because when she debuted she was both commercially successful and critically acclaimed. Now she's neither. Now she's just that woman who wears couture costumes and stupid shoes everywhere. I'm sorry, but those 10 inch black hooker boots are disgusting. For someone who always preaches for her fans to love themselves, she's obviously very insecure about her height and will do anything to be the height of a 5'11" model.

I just love the music not the bling. Art has no attention span. You heart is in the wrong place if you're looking for a manufactured artist who can produce material at your attention spans' convenience.

Well everyobdy needs to SHUT UP. i absolutely agree with this post. Be real and honest and admit that you actually would love to have the DWUW music video. I don't know if we'll ever have it but stop saying things like "oh you pressure her - stop the drama. start the music" Come on. And the fault is actually on Lady Gaga and her label. They should have announced that they have stopped working on this project. It's irresponisble to let us wait that long like it is for an album or a tour. No offence to anybody. Especially Gaga. I love you and that's why i'm honest with you and lm. Spread love and share love

"A lot of you will betray me" -Lady Gaga during her monster ball tour. Seems like she knew that fans were going to go against her in the long run. Sad, just sad. All of you criticizing. Are you gaga? Who are you to judge? You don't know shit that's going on in her personal life. NOTHING. Stop judging her. Stop demanding things from her. Music speaks for itself. A video is not going to ruin everything, you all act like it's the apocalypse. How about try being mature and realizing that YOU are not the artist. Gaga is the artist. And you are the audience. Boo all you want. She will be and do as she chooses.

I totally agree with you. As a little monster, even I can get exhausted of waiting around for something that has been hyped up and shot down. That is not to say i don't adore gaga. Furthermore, it's not "just a video". All of gaga's clips are master pieces, through which she expresses her artistic vision to her fans and to the world. Like you wouldn't really say the clip for Telephone was just a video clip. Would you? It just feels like a piece of the puzzle is missing. Once again this is not a vicious slur or attack against gaga. I think she deserves to hear the honest opinions for her little monsters, if not anyone else.

I love and admire Gaga, but she is not promoting ARTPOP and DWUW the way she did in BTW era... Its not about the charts, its about "I love her and I want her to make HUGE SUCESS"... The song is not even in the top 30 of iTunes anymore. I want the video!

this breaks my heart! i never though gaga would become those artists that don't make video for some singles. maybe there was a problem... makes me sad to think DWUW will never get a video tbh,
