my struggle

Hi monsters; i just want to tell you guys that these past six months have been very hard. i was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa early this year. i dropped from 220lb down to 132lb which was ,my lowest weight. i was hospitalized for 3 weeks and was judged by a lot of nurses as 'selfish' and 'spoiled'. i have been in 'out-pateient' recovery since march and i hover around 176lb at the moment. it has been hard these past months but i am doing very well!! :) i just wanted to say that no eating disorder is a choice and you should never feel guilty or ashamed if youre suffering any kind of mental illness. you are all beautiful and lets get ready for ARTPOP!!!! thank you GAGA for keeping me sane with your music and thank you for your message!! love nathaniel #fanart #GagaPics #Ladygaga #MotherMonster #gaga #BodyRevolution2013 #littlemonsters #GagaPics #Ladygaga #MotherMonster #Artpop #gaga #goddessoflove #applause

As a nurse, you went to a horrible treatment center if the nurses were judging you. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. That's entirely unprofessional and downright wrong on their part.

Thanks for sharing your story, monster <3 it was brave and will probably help someone going through the same thing now. :) A lot of people don't understand anorexia but I'm glad you realize what it is and how it can affect you. You are strong for seeking assistance. A lot of people don't. <3
