Hey i am really working out for - now oe year and i lost about 24kg ... i am really now just working for loosing fat. u did a great job and look great! hope i will do also. looking forward to it :/ greetings and get this work on. one month and a half - thants amazingly quick.
Thank you everyone for your kind words and motivation! This is a period of a month and a half, I basically do a lot of cardio to lose the fat around my belly (which is the hardest part) and some yoga maybe 3 times a week. Im starting weights next month. Im going for that thin/ toned body which is why I didn't wanna go for weights right away. songs i highly suggest during cardio: Hair, Marry the night, G.U.Y, SWINE, APPLAUSE, Free Bird, anything from pink, Stronger by Christina, and BTW.
I think I prefer the first one. Start eating proteins and lipides, you're losing a lot of body mass. Also start lifting some weights. It'sfunnier than it looks
