I wanna weigh more!

I have got a problem. I can't put on weight! My clothes hang on me, this is fucking annoying! I weigh 49 kilograms (108 pounds) and I have 178 centimeters height, but i wanna weigh more! Maybe then I'll feel better. What do you think about my body? Has anybody got similar problem like me? Please write your opinion! :) #MonstersProblems #problem #weigh #me #body #slim

Hey buddy I know exactly how you feel. 181 cm tall and only weight 51 kg. I find it hard to eat. But when I do I make sure it is something that is going to make me put on weight. a lot of pasta, rice, bread, chicken, fish and and potato. These foods have more carbs and proteins in them which help put on weight. Also protein shakes can help if you don't feel like you want to eat a meal. If you wanna talk about it at all you know where to find me. We can get through this together. :)

im stuck between 50 ~ 53 kg... and im 175cm tall~ im underweight! i would love to gain some weight but my body wouldnt let me! >< such a shame... i just want to say tat i can feel u, bro

I used to weight about the same weight as yours cause I have a really high metabolism. What I did was I started lifting weights and ate alot. Especially eggs and milk. Just Eat 6 times a day. Literally You have to eat ALOT. I used to weigh about 105 pounds now Im about 134-140.

I'd kill for that body . U have no idea how lucky u r. Wear skin tight clothes! At least ü can pull them off :)

Well I have the same problem, so I don't think you are very lucky with it. Probably you must eat more, I did so and i put up 4 kg. And yeah works out are really needed. Have a luck :)

Well look, I weigh 57kg since I was 18 years old, I was even more terrified knowing my height 1,75m, now I'm 20 :S But then I realized it is all about exercise, help yourself with some weight lifting. Drink some protein or shakes recommended for kids and old people Just in case you are not eating enough for different circunstances or you are in need of more nutrients I usually don't share this kind of things but be brave and fight for your own body revolution. You are already so cute! I mean it! So I recommend you to embrace and love your genes and work out for health ;)

Eat fatty foods like Pizza,Paste,Cheese burgers etc.. thats how Gaga gained weight last year... and it really does work

I WISH I could say this was my problem. Quite the opposite actually. Whatever makes YOU happy. You could gain some weight with no problem. Go for it
