I'm still trying to take in everything that happened last night. I feel like I'm living a dream. Who would have thought that a 19 year old from the middle of nowhere would be doing this? I met Gaga last year. February 6th, to be exact. It's been a roller coaster ride ever since. She honestly is one of my best friends, by my side through thick and thin. Her surprise last night was absolutely amazing and I promise I will work my butt off.. for her, for myself, for all of you, and for those who, like me, were "born this way" with their life-altering conditions. I would just like to send a sincere thank you to each and every one of you who have shown me such an incredible amount of support. It amazes me how close we are, even if we're halfway across the world from each other. You'll always stick by me. I will do the same for you. With love, -Emma
