I'd rather see a variety of content over the same Gaga pic posted 10000x by different people. There's room for balance but they're not really harming you or anything at all. If you want to block this it'll eventually turn into people not wanting selfies cause 'people are showing off', then this site will limit the amount of creativity and individuality from everyone. It should be limited to an extent, but if it really bothers you don't follow the people who post them. Simple as that.
