As you may or may not know, I live in Serbia. Probably you've never heard of it, but I'm okay with it, as long as you don't mistake it for Russia/Siberia. Anyway, bringing celebrities to our country is very hard (we only had Rihanna in 2007, Alicia Keys in 2008, JLo in 2012 and Beyonce in 2013). I know and I heard about the procedures and how is it hard to bring the artist to the country. But, it'll be nice to see Gaga in Serbia. So, we started tweeting and posting #SerbiaNeedsARTPOPBall posts, and even the Facebook page of Universal Music Serbia supported us (picture below). It would mean so much to Little Monsters in Serbia and me, of course, because many of us don't have the opportunity and/or money to go to e.g. Sofia or Bucharest, not to mention any other city in the world. I hope Gaga will see this.
