I think if she was on a platform and the dress was laid over led screens and they were showing pictures of venus it would look so magical. #ARTPOP idea :)

I think gaga should have a dress smaller than that but pulled really tight to circle ring in the bottom and lights in it so she can turn on and off the lights like a rave
