My dream:

It looks amazing! Makes me hungry right away! My dream is to own my own hotel(s)! I might need a chef some day so i'll remember you lol! Also a tip from me: Try getting internships at highclass (michilinstar) restaurants, in the kitchen. Like Noma in Denmark or De Librije here in the Netherlands! I hope you'll succeed and maybe one day you'll be cooking for Gaga!

I'm going to cooking school now after working in kitchens for 5 years! I totally recommend the school I'm at! It's called The Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. I wrote about it on my blog at www.evabee.com :) Your plate looks lovely. I <3 Asian food!! SO MUCH

wow!! you have talent :D I also LOVE cooking, I make pizzas,cackes,cupcackes,pasta,etc. I love your dishes. maybe the worst of these is the last one...
