personal opinions on everything that is going on

i just wanted to write something from my heart on this website about everything that has been going on these past couple of months and even more than ever right now. i really do not like or stand by hate towards not just gaga but anyone. you can't be a fan of someone if you only like them when they chart and when they don't then you don't like them or stay a fan of them anymore. personally i dislike all the hate happening on twitter daily and not just there but the media also and the general public. to me ARTPOP is genius the musical route she went and also the imagery. the album is flawless. but the overwelming hate has got to stop. Gaga needs us now more than ever to be there for her and stand by her when other people are not. what upsets me the most is that some "fans" only like her when she charts. that's not what it should be about. it should be about music not pitting females in the industry against each other and not criticizing the music upon sales. doing so is as if you're critizing a piece of fashion upon how popular it is but not on the quality of it the piece. this is not why we started being fans of Gaga not because she was #1 on the charts. but because we loves the music and because of her having an impact on us. so it shouldn't change now we should still love her because we didn't come here and be fans of her to see her chart we came here because she changed our lives each person in their own way but generally has had an impact on each one of us. don't spread hate online spread online kindness and respect the artist.

Exactly. Some people are really immature and it upsets me how it gets to her. It kills me to see her sad. But she does know that there's a part of us that support her and her vision. I personally am IN LOVE with ARTPOP, I listen to it everyday and I dissect every note of the music and every word of her lyrics. She's such a little genius and there is soooo much to explore in her, this woman is endless and I love her so much.

I know exactly how you feel Michael and sometimes I want to lash out against all the hate and negativity but there are so many of us that choose to be positive and support her forever. ARTPOP is a masterpiece - it's sonic stimulation and the imagery and lyrics are unsurpassed. Because the GP and media chooses to not acknowledge how amazing it is means nothing. She wrote it from her heart- her inner being, and her true fans understand that charts mean shit.

I could have not said it better! Fuck the charts. We are here for the music, the art, the human being that Gaga is. She has taught us so much about everything. Nowadays I know a lot more about arts and iconic musicians because of her. Pop music should not be about competition. That is what the media created. I am a huge fan of a lot of other pop stars. As Christina said: "There is space for everyone in your iPods". The hate that I see everyday on twitter is disgusting. We should stand by Gaga now more than ever. ARTPOP is one of the best albums ever made. Paws up!

honestly, I've been on Littlemonsters.com a lot (prob more than I should) and the only real place I see that kind of hate is on twitter. Of course at times it will spill over into here but there is so much love and care for her here. The only time I've ever come across the kind of hate you've mentioned is in a fleeting moment by someone who pops their head in and back out again. I agree that the things said online are awful. I stand up for the beautiful people that are here in this community on LM. It's one of the most loving communities I've ever been part of and THAT side of it needs to be highlighted too. BUT, yes, the hate that exists needs to but dropped. Love to you darlin <3

and by writing this i want her to know that i but not just me there are many of us out there that will stand by her and support her till the end because we're not here for charts or her topping other people we're here for the music.
