i kno who that little girl is. she goes to my cousins school. katy did invite her & another friend to the AMA's & yes she does have down syndrome. Verrado High School in Litchfield Park, AZ entered a katy perry contest to remake the ROAR video of what the song truly means to them & they used her as the main girl. my cousins high school got 2nd place but katy decided to give her the main prize & invite her & a friend to hangout with her & go to the AMA's (which i dont think is fair cuz the whole high school was incorporated in the video) but good for her!
