#BodyRevolution working hard on getting my dream body. A long way to go but I love feeling great and seeing results! Hope this inspires anyone who is on the same path! **UPDATE** thank you to everyone for making my picture so popular! Thank you to those who left kind words and supportive comments. As for the rest, you have turned LittleMonsters into a toxic wasteland for bullying. Most of the comments on here are so shockingly mean it made me too sad to read them. You should all be ashamed. I think after this I will resign from LittleMonsters.

You're able to be proud of your body without showing everything we don't even need to see.

Ok, everyone has haters. Get over it. You should have expected it! I am not one of them anyway...but I do feel like this transformation of yours is purely a personal asthetic desire and therefore I see it as being unhealthy for you psychologically. If you are an olympian then I apologise. It is my opinion that the idea of having a well chisled body just for looks is a construct of modern media and culture and is a severe form of BDD- body dismorphic disorder. Often when a person does this it disrupts the balance of body, mind and spirit as well. Not good. Sending you love.
