the chameleon dress is a dress that can filter colors from the environment through a camera hidden in the belt on torso, basically it can change color due to the color of the environment around just like a Chameleon when it filters the color, the color is transferred through fiber optic strands inside the fabric like veins in a human (not sure if any technology is present that can do this, but I'd love to see gaga wear this along with her fiber optic wig) this idea has been expressed through other submissions but I believe mine is more indepth and more thought of when you say color. don't get me wrong I love all the submissions so far... love you monsters xoxo please give your opinions in the comment section :)
