It makes me sad that Interscope takes so much control over their artists, but in not sure if she would be able to make her own label. Although I think if she ever could it could be better for her in the long run.

Kesha is now free from Dr Luke's crutches. Gaga should be freed from her record label demons too :(

Gaga has three more albums to make signed with Interscope, that's her contract and then she is moving on to something more opportunistic. Troy Carter said this in an interview about two years back but I'm not sure if its still the case seen as he is not her manager anymore.
