No one is born racist, homophobic or sexist... it was taught.

I agree with the message of "no one is born racist" but this photo kinda insinuates that the mother is. It's a great message, I just don't think it's fair/right to accuse this woman of being a racist just because she happened to be looking the other way when a stranger started shaking hands with her baby (regardless of his race) - for all we know, seconds after this photo was taken she could have turned around, smiled and told her baby to (jokingly) "say hello to the nice man!"
