Are we going to have to camp out the night before the show to get in the pit, or to at least get relatively close to her on stage if we buy the $85 dollar tickets?

If you get there early in the am the day of show you should be ok getting into pit. it may be bigger space this time.

We don't know the layout of the stage yet. Wait until they release the real layout. The pit might cover the whole GA floor

When i went to the BTWBall, we had to get GA tix which were the 85$ ones. We had to camp out to be in the pit. They only let 250 of us get in the pit. So i'm guessing the same rules apply to this tour.
