I think Born This Way is about Lüc Carl. The album artwork has ‘This album is for ü” so I wonder how naive can someone be to believe that it’s about fans rather than him.

If you ever peeked inside booklet of Born This Way, it said "This Album is for Ü". And he's LÜC. Also, the name of the song "YoÜ & I", as well as it's whole lyrics. Judas and Marry the Night, too. Basically BTW was openly dedicated to Mr. Carl.
