I mean the pose it the same, but the detail on the album cover are very realistic, and the sculpture doesn't look anything like Gaga. So, what's really on the album cover? #GagaPics #ARTPOP #JeffKoons

im pretty sure the album cover was just her and then they added the sculpture effect to it with photoshop, then they used the album cover as a refference when making the actual sculpture.

I think is a matter of perception. Check lastest Richard's post and you'll see that from that angle it looks more like the cover. Of course they retouched it to give it a more realistic look.

The lights was different, of course little photoshop and effects, and it is done. The photoshop are used for every picture... And lighting makes a lot of difference, really.

Look at the shadow on the cover... It looks different on the sculpture because they aren't here and it doesn't show off her facial features well.

There are two. The big ass white one is for the artRAVE while the smaller peach one is personally for Gaga. I mean, who could keep a 20 foot sculpture in their house?
