I have the feeling that the statue wasn't finished before the cover was done. I think on the cover there is a real image of Gaga but retouched on the computer to create the illusion that it was the statue. Gaga already had the mouse tattoo when the pictures where taken.

I personally think the cover is Gaga just posing for the Koons sculpture, it's sculpted after that pose.

This was just my reaction. I thought it was like almost Gaga's heigh. But its enormous! How did Jeff Koons create something so big and amazing? Wow.

I think the one they used for the cover was smaller...they have pictures of Koons photographing the cover and he's taller than it ...seemingly, I could be wrong!

The photo on the album is actually Gaga in that pose. The sculpture is just a sculpture made in her fashion.

I was expecting it to be sort of the size of a small bookshelf. terrible analogy I know.
