I can't carry on with my parent's... :'(

My dad walked into my room this morning while i was listening to gaga and watching applause Gma performance on my computer. He got so angry and he said horrible things to me, like my behaviour is so gay, that i liked things things that guys usually don't. He said i was not the man he wanted to have as a son, that he would never be proud of me... And my mom agrees with him. I can not be myself with them they always put me down and they want me to be the kind of guy who plays video games and football. I'm sick of that :(

I see you wrote it 2 months ago, how is your life? Has it improved? Let me say if it hasn't yet, it will. I can tell! Because as most of the people here commenting you, I've been in a really close situation and I was sick of it as you are and we're on the plenty right to be. But one day, your dad will accept your condition and so will your mother, I'm sure they love you. Just be patient, it'll come! Good luck, and by the way, amazing name you have ;) !

1st. The last thing I'd do is to post a pic of myself crying 2nd. Your parents have a problem if they think they can choose how their children are going to be 3rd. Love yourself and nobody else's will ever outcast you, that's the secret

SAME!!! Omg... It hurts so much more when your family talk like that to you. I can give no fucks when other people say that to me, but not with my family. I awalys tried to bond with my dad too, but I couldn't. He like sport things, but I don't like it at all. So yeah... :(

I know it's hard to find validation inside of yourself when your own family says that who you are is not good enough. Still, the fact that YOU know this is a violation is a silver lining. Believing in yourself is really, really hard, a lot of people on this planet are taught to look down on others who are different. That doesn't mean they're right. The state of the world is proof enough that they're not. Paws up, Little Monster! You're wonderful just the way you are:)

One thing I can tell you is that if your parents really love you then they will regret the way they've treated you about the way you act and the artists you appreciate the most. But until that day when they realise that THEY'RE the ones who've betrayed you, you've got a life to live and you simply cannot let them get in the way of your having a fucking great time. I really liked someone's suggestion to really focus on your studies because he is correct, you really will need them in life. But just in general, smile and be happy. Don't let anyone tell you that you're wrong in the way you act or wrong in the people you like - it's not wrong, it's what makes you happy, and no one can disagree with that. <3
