She can do whatever she wants to express yourself.. If she wants to do what she's doing, good for her. But, considering that everyone has brains and everyone could (and SHOULD) have an own opinion, I personally think she's exaggerating for no reason, and she's being ridiculous trying to be the most shocking 'pop star' of nowadays. Now she's in a rebel status, after years of being pretty and perfect for a TV show.. When she'll grow up for real, she would understand this and stop it. Or maybe she'll never grow up, remaining a... 'REBEL' (let's be good and use this adj..) =)
There are two sides to the argument. One is that she’s growing up, she has the right to be called by her name not the name of a character she once got famous for and that she’s no different from other singers and she has the right to move on from teenage/childhood and become what she wants to be.
The other side is that she started as a star for children and I believe Hannah Montana will always be loved by kids like many kids still watch Cinderella or Tom & Jerry or Home Alone or other movies, songs, cartoons..etc. so first, it’s uneasy for the public to accept the transition. Second, it may not be good for children who look up “Hannah Montana” who’s an idol to them and find her naked, riding a wrecking gall and licking a hammer.
I guess I agree with both sides.
Ok, theres lots of people says that miley was growing up. Look her behaviour and smoking weed and being a rebel is not part of growing up, people should know what is growing up really is!
