lol the one up there was just a mannequin with a blonde wig xD but Jeff Koons personally created a realistic looking sculpture of Gaga for the album cover + making the composition of the visual art cover. Its genius! Koons is a genius & Gaga too, cause all of that is really a representation of HER. Her mind & artistry.
