I've gotten back to drawing my tribute pieces for the Applause video again. Now I assumed that when she says 'Koons' she's referring to artist Jeff Koons...if I'm completely wrong please let me know!

In the lyrics video says Koons, and yes it's for Jeff Koons. Kunst is art in german, i think that's where confusion began. Anyways, your drawing is perfect.
