She won't. I guess she doesn't think we take what she says seriously, when she should know we take everything she says LITERALLY, and times it by a MILLION. She should just stick to 'soon'.

She'll probably show us the day before ARTPOP is released...

Unfortunately the reality of it all is, she only has so much control over when she releases news music and promotional images. Most the time it will be up to her managers, and her marketers and the team behind her. Thats why more than likely when she comes online and likes and comments on posts its probably not her but the team behind her. Same goes for her Facebook posts.
