My Dad Made Fun Of Me In Public For Being Excited for My Magazine =(

he told me that its pathetic I was so excited for gaga's magazine. then he asked in public if I was gay for gaga and started getting mad because I got upset. I hate that he always comments on anything Lady Gaga I want , it really hurts me :/

my mom doesn't really gets that mad she just hates it when I put gaga first than anything like this one time I didn't do a project for school because I stayed up all night watching monster visions and she got so pissed. so yeah I mean sometimes she even hooks me up with gaga stuff for x-mas and birthdays.

i'm in the same case as you are. My mother can't stand Gaga, she christian, me as well, that's why she doesn't want me to love her. But i can't prevent myself from doing it. My mother doesn't know all that Gaga has done for me .. she would not understand, but I really don't care. Live your passion, and don't have any regrets :) <3 i will be there if you need to talk a little <3

I'm a little late since this is from three days ago, but it was heartbreaking to hear that and see the hurt in your eyes. I would have done the same thing, and would have been just as excited, if in your place. But, that was very cruel. Just know that you are perfect, and you're just a normal excited little monster like me. :3 You should message me sometime!! Monsters should stick together!! Haha

same here. my mom also said hurtful words about gaga, especially when I bought the fame monster, born this way, and the monster ball DVD, and when she heard the news about the upcoming born this way ball.

My parents were the same way with me loving Madonna and Cher. My mom thankfully was more understanding and she took to Cher remembering how awesome she was in decades past, I even got my mom I like Gwen Stefani. However I would have to give your dad the benefit of the doubt. Our parents' parents must have had dislikes for the things their children had interests in, just as we may think our future children are crazy for liking the things they will like. I guess it might be sad to say that this is how the natural behavior of parents work. Gaga explains this in "Bad Kids" on BTW. We are twits and degenerates and young rebels and we must be proud of it as our parents were when they were our age. It gets better girl! Blessings to you! .
