Things You Need: thin detailing brush, white or black nail polish, blue, turquoise, yellow, & red paint. first put the first 2 coats and let dry (white or black) then put 3 dots. 1) blue (the eyes) then put another dot on the eyes turquoise 2) put the mouth yellow then another red dot on the mouth. After you have a total of 3 with 2 colors each youre going to take the detailing brush and smear it down to almost blend the colors but not completely smeared so they are mixed like Gaga did in the video just smudge down, after you have your two eyes smudged you're going to take the detailing brush again to make the mouth and smear its more to create a marble effect then after you feel comfortable with the face put a clear coat over and dry well!
