well ok it's not THE exact one that GaGa wore, but it's still an exact, official replica by the same company that designed and made it for her (didn't come cheap too...). They also did her crown and cross but those weren't for sale =( I really love the detail to it. If you look closely the cross has jewels encrusted in it. My favorite part of this accessory are the wings :)
