I feel like a loser.........idky and I can't always stop the negative thoughts......I have so many hopes and dreams that seem possible sometimes and impossible other times. #SelfiesPic
Cognitive re-framing could help. When you have a thought that makes you feel bad and/or is unhelpful, throw it out. Doesn't matter if you think the unhelpful/negative thought is true or not. Then think of something that will be helpful. For instance, you thinking your hopes and dreams are impossible is not helpful. Instead, plan baby-steps you could take toward making them happen. Also, write yourself positive messages (i.e: I am beautiful; I am smart) and leave them around your house (walls, mirror, fridge, etc.). Might sound silly but it works.
sorry ada, but for me you dont look like a loser...maybe you feel and think so about yourself....the thinking is like a wild horse, jumping wild and sometimes in our life our thoughts are speaking bad to us, dont believe it!...try to smile!...Im thinking that you are more attractive, if you smile....:-)...keep well!

The same thing applies to our brains. We r what we think. If we feed our minds with positive thoughts then that is what we become. If we feed our mind negative thoughts ten thats what we r.
