I have this thing for girls with septum piercings, specifically. So I guess Gaga just fed my fetish with this piercing. Girls of all colors, shapes, sizes, etc...idk what it is, but those septum piercings make them 10000000x cuter to me. So I love it. lol Cynthia being upset at the nose ring.

I've loved this septum on her instantly. I honestly couldn't believe it because I'm not a fan of septum piercings. It's so subtle and it looks beautiful on her.
